The bridging finance podcast is the audio version of how we actually answer the phone. No panel, no guest introductions, no sponsor read. Someone asks a question that comes up every week, Ashley answers it properly, and the recording becomes the episode.

The first episodes
These four are the opening run, taken straight from Ashley's recording list. None are recorded yet, so there's no player to press. What there is, in every case, is a page that answers the same question today.
Ashley records once, usually in one take. The audio becomes the episode, the write-up becomes a page on this site, and the best minute becomes the social clips. If it sounds like one person talking rather than a polished production, that's because it is.

When does the bridging finance podcast launch?
As soon as the first episodes are recorded. Ashley records them himself between deals rather than blocking out a studio week, so they arrive steadily rather than all at once. This page updates as each one lands.
How long is each episode?
The format is one question in about ten minutes. Some run shorter, some longer if the question deserves it. We would rather answer one thing properly than four things badly.
Can I suggest a question?
Please do. The awkward ones make the best episodes, particularly the ones other brokers avoid answering. Request a call back or ask on any channel and it goes on the list.
Is it just audio?
No. Every episode is filmed at the same time, so the same answer exists as a video if you would rather watch. Short clips go out on social.
